      The work itself is fun and challenging, there are always new problems to solve and the space and support to improve and deliver good solutions

      Overall structure of the company is a bit disorganised and relies heavily on knowing who to ask what, but the culture that they foster ensures everyone is helpful which kind of makes up for it.
