I worked at Dennis Publishing full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Dennis is a great company to work for in the respect that they love to reward their staff with nights out, trips away and fund raising days to get everyone involved

    Cons

The downsides of Dennis is that they really don't care about their staff, they are happy to let management feel that they are better than you and they can swan around as they wish, the long lunches that they take are ridiculous and the turnover of staff is shocking, they hare happy for you to slog your guts out for nothing in return, you are treated like you don't exist until they feel the pressure then all hell reigns down on you. No communication skills and extremely corporate, since Felix died the company has gone to rat poo!!
