    In normal times had the flexibility you might expect from working at a marketing/media agency. The work environment feels very inclusive

    Cons

    No real opportunities to innovate or train - you are given 40 hours a year but good luck using one.

    Pros

    Holiday and benefits allowances are above average. Working from home transition during Covid was smooth.

    Cons

    Management won't let you take advantage of all the benefits. Lots of unpaid overtime and low staff satisfaction. Low pay for industry - which is said to be standard for an agency.
