Pass the problem & blame culture. Not good flexible working/culture/diversity despite claims.

      Pros

Some people are nice. Offices are ok. Benefits industry standard.

      Cons

Some arrogant rude people. Bonus is awful - always between 2-3% - never pay rises. DB uses buzz words or phrases such as ‘work life balance’ ‘diversity’ ‘culture’ and ‘teamwork’ but executes very poorly. Have no money so single figures per department achieves promotion.
