Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback as we appreciate feedback regardless of the nature. We have to admit that if the company as as bad as you described it, how is it that you came to work for us? It seems as if you liked the environment and our employees at some point to attract you to the company, but something happened along the way. As far as pay goes every position has a guaranteed base pay plus bonuses. We don't expect employees to be content or accept the base we offer and that is why we offer further bonuses that are easily attainable. Unfortunately, in certain cases employees aren't with us for more than a week or two and thus don't see much past base training pay, which can explain your comment about the pay. As far as hours, they are typically 40-45 hours a week. We assure you if you are seeking a part time or easy position that does not require much dedication or work then you are in the wrong place anyway. Lastly, our employees do enjoy working here, but that you can see simply by witnessing our environment and clearly that is what attracted you in the first place.
