Pros

I highly recommend the job of Recovery Specialist. It's great for someone with a sense of adventure that works well independently. When trips aren't scheduled, you are able to work in the warehouse to make your full time hours. The company is always looking for ways to keep employees engaged, and keep the atmosphere fun. People who show initiative to learn more roles and work hard are rewarded, if not monetarily, with recognition.

Cons

Some roles in the warehouse can get tedious.

Company is always trying to improve a process or the environment. Doesn't want to stay status quo.

Cons

Things are always changing. It is a good thing but remember that change is harder more for some than others.

Great Company Culture

Pros

Steadfast toward their vision to make the world a better place, Diamond Assets is a very mission-driven company. It is definitely a work hard, play hard culture. A major pro is that it is a no B.S. sugar coating environment, there's no popularity contest just reward for working hard and moving the company forward.

Cons

Holidays are limited, but made up for in PTO.
