This company is the definition of 'disappointing' in so many ways. The behaviour of senior people across the business is nothing short of appalling, there is essentially nothing you can do at that level to be fired (I.e gross misconduct or bullying). There is no learning & development function, or training offered. No career plan or way to progress. It is a clique-y environment. Very high turn over of staff. Poor office culture of low achievers.
