      Pros

      Good positive place to work with no drama. Always a supervisor around to ask questions. Great place to get supervision hours to work towards your BCBA. Owners are always open to new ideas and super easy to talk to, they want to make it a great place to work. Lots of room for promotions.

      Cons

      Scheduling and client cancelation are hard. Can get all the hours you want if you are flexible.

      -Exceptional management. -Supervisors are supportive and understanding. -Hours are flexible and the PTO policy is fair. -The environment is positive and supportive. -The clinic is wonderful, clean, and well managed. -DBS is truly decided to the success and growth of each client. -They provide you will all the necessary tools and guidance to be successful in your role.

      Cons

      -Data entry software could be improved. -Tablet provided upon hire can be difficult to work with.

      Fantastic clinical supervisors, toxic and profit-driven company culture with scant room for advancement

      Supervisor collaboration, clients, client families, invested and thoughtful clinical staff.

      Cons

      Disengaged and out-of-touch administration, empty platitudes, your hourly rate drops to minimum wage for tedious and redundant mandatory meetings, it took 2 years to get my 1 year review and raise, constant marketing to employees to purchase company-branded merchandise, high turnover, no apparent path to advance within the company that doesnt include enrolling in the for-profit private university the company has an agreement and discount with, and a profit-driven and expansionist MO that sees numerous new facilities open across the state but never coincides with a discussion on improving employee benefits or compensation (outside the aforementioned empty platitudes).
