Good team members Small company, so you get experience in many different areas Passionate people

Cons

Owners are bleeding the company and eroding the brands. Owners and at times senior exec's don't respect nor value people, they only reward if they are threatened and its often too late. They don't consider the costs of less than ideal management of human resources.
