    Pros

A young, vibrant and multicultural environment to work in. Many options for evolution in the company and many perks with the job

    Cons

As such a large company it can sometimes feel like you are very replaceable. Also, staff come and go very quickly which can be unsettling.

    Advice to Management

As a recent graduate it could be an idea to open graduate schemes to attract young professionals with options of training to managerial levels.

I worked at Disneyland Resort full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working in Disneyland is a very idealistic place to work. You look around and think "Gosh, how cool is it that I work INSIDE Disneyland?"

    Cons

This job is outdoors in the sun every day. The sun really wears you out, and so does working outside. You never really want to go to the park on your days off because you are sick of hearing the music/ people, so the perk of having the free park pass is basically unwanted unless you work in hotels or transportation or in some role outside of the park itself.

    Advice to Management

Provide more umbrellas/shade and hats for your outdoor food service vendors. Also some fans would be nice.
