    Pros

A young, vibrant and multicultural environment to work in. Many options for evolution in the company and many perks with the job

    Cons

As such a large company it can sometimes feel like you are very replaceable. Also, staff come and go very quickly which can be unsettling.

    Advice to Management

As a recent graduate it could be an idea to open graduate schemes to attract young professionals with options of training to managerial levels.

    Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees and not how to move up the corporate ladder.

I have been working at Disneyland Resort part-time

    Pros

Coworkers are some of the best people you'll meet. They're friendly and most of them encourage you to do your best. Disney Perks are also good. The Main Entrance Pass has a lot of blocked out dates during peak seasons, which sucks, but it's mosy open other times.

    Cons

Management is super unorganized. The pay sucks for the amount of work you do. You'll most likely be extended to a 12 hour shift if someone calls out. And the less seniority you have the less hours you'll get.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. You need leads but won't award the lead status. You need food preps but won't cross train fsw's.

I have been working at Disneyland Resort full-time

    Pros

It's incredibly fun. You get a lot of opportunities that I can't imagine getting anywhere else and seeing people enjoy the park and being a part of their experience is special

    Cons

There is not much upward mobility, and the pay is not always worth moving up. Managers change constantly and because things at the park also change constantly, there can be a lot of confusion and ineffective operations.
