      everything else, management, workload, treatment of staff, professionalism, no HR, micromanagement, COO involved in racism scandal, employees constantly in tears/ leaving

      Pros

      Chilled out environment for someone who is fresh out of uni or has no ambition or aspirations. Snacks, pop and even beer available if required.

      Cons

      Limited wfh as you’re meant to absorb the business “culture” which is mostly HR sending notifications re who is on cleaning duty or can people stop what they’re doing to move boxes. Unexperienced and under qualified managers doing the best they know how.
