Just started my journey 2 months ago and so far enjoying it! Although it's a big company I could really feel the startup spirit. The amount of independence and opportunities to grow from the start are very inspiring. And my favourite part - very supportive team and manager, they will help in any situation.

Cons

During the onboarding, I was quite overwhelmed with the information I had to consume to understand how the company works and what is my place here. But it gets better every day

I have been at Docplanner for a month now and it's been amazing. We get all the Autonomy, trust, and responsibility. But this doesn't mean we are not looked after. Everyone is ready and happy to help and support, no question is stupid and people work together to find solutions. Everyone is super friendly and so passionate about what they do. It's an incredible environment to be in. I see myself push myself out of my comfort zone more and I enjoy every minute of it! Everything is super fair and transparent as well. They show you how you can grow, what your next salary range is and how to get there - everything is out in the open so you have a clear idea on where to go and what to do.
