Aaron and Angel are nice. They give confidence boosts to begin with.
Cons
No pay raises. Ever. You are overworked and underpaid. Makes you wonder how the in-office employees have such nice cars and homes. Definitely company greed within. 5 measly days of PTO a year. Higher ups mention that this is not a place of growth. Contracted by other companies who see you as disposable and their work mule. Little to no contact from higher ups after placed.
