      Pros

You meet a lot of nice people and bond over how horrifically you are treated by customers and how little management care about you. Free food is forbidden but you can get some good discounts if you work over 8 hours.

      Cons

Little to no training, the company have been covering up COVID cases so they don't have to shut shops during the pandemic, SSP, zero hour contracts and very unreliable hours. There are opportunities for promotion but are paid very little for the amount of work, stress and management expected of you and there are no management certifications or credentials issued upon promotion (the idea is so that you can't leave for a company that doesn't treat its workers like slaves.) The instores are the ones that work crazy hour weeks on minimum wage pulling in ten grand weeks and never get any bonuses or so much as a thank you. It all goes to the higher ups. A mindless job but very frustating and draining.

Great team members, awesome banter, superb on the job training. 0-hr shifts which allow for flexibility in your work place.

      Cons

      - Starting out, you get minimum wage - 0-hr shifts meaning your not always guaranteed a certain number of hrs.

      Pros

Made a few friends with other drivers

      Cons

Employed as full time but do not get full time at all (they tell you to finish early even if you're rota'd to work till much later. Very rude shift managers who making coming to work a negative/horrible experience and lack proper people skills to manage . GPS devices don't work so end up having it crash as you're own route to a customers address so have to end up using your own personal phone (GDPR potential issue?) There is favouritism from management so other people get treated better (more hours, spoken to like a human etc) Whilst the non favoured staff get nothing and are treated like garbage. Unless you're desperate during for work (which is minimum wage) during Covid-19 then I would avoid as you're not a human to them, just a number. No real benefits (no health, life assurance, dental, etc)

      Pros

Flexible hours, can work as many or as few days a week if you want. Co-workers generally pleasant apart from a few bad nuts

      Cons

Awful pay, below minimum wage most nights and if you aren’t busy then you’re barely going to make money. Some management on a power trip and have favourite that they send home first.

      Pros

Gave me time off when I needed it, everyone was lovely and very helpful when starting out.

      Cons

Minimum wage so didn't get much money, received many burns from the oven and the extremely hot pizza dishes that I had to wash.
