      The company lacks leadership, strategy and direction.

      Pros

      You will soon master powerpoint and excel. The leadership is basically non-existent, work-life balance is poor, compensation though is okay.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and strategy in conjunction with failed acquisitions in Europe has put the company on fast downward spiral. Possibility of personal growth only if "Yes Man".
