DotCMS is a great employer. We have a positive and diverse team who all work hard to support each other, our customers, and our product. Fully remote, excellent benefits, and everyone is genuinely pleasant to work with!
Cons
Not necessarily a con? In a smaller, fast-paced, organization, your job duties are not as clearly defined as in a larger company or bureaucracy. The best fit for technical positions are probably those who like independently self-educating and solving novel tasks, but also know when to ask for help.
