    Pros

Work independently (managers don't micro-manage). Fun atmosphere and good relations with co-workers.

    Cons

Very frequent travel is expected for regional positions (more so than communicated during interview process).

You don't have someone always looking over your shoulder checking to make sure you did your job

    Cons

I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Being able to work at a variety of different locations, most independent work on rare occasions you have to help others, and nice coworkers and management

    Cons

Sometimes you have to carry the weight of the person who worked the route the day before you and did a terrible job, which adds more work for yourself.

    Pros

Executive Leadership is empowering its employees to drive change throughout the organization. Energy levels are high and the pace of work is similar. A great place to work if you are looking for a performance based organization as you'll be recognized for your contributions.

    Cons

This is not an organization where you can sit on the sidelines and watch the game. Be prepared to jump in at a moments notice.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at Dr Pepper Snapple Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Extremely nice and helpful people at the corporate office, strong culture of continuous improvement is very evident. Lots of additional training, classroom and online, available like Lean Six Sigma certification, advanced excel, sourcing, etc. Good benefits at a reasonable cost and excellent work/life balance.

    Cons

None to come to mind at this point, corporate office has a very warm comfortable feeling to it.

    Advice to Management

Continue investing in your employees with open and honest communication, this will continue to pay dividends...

    Pros

It feels like one big family at the headquarters - everyone is friendly and supportive, all want success for one another and the company. There seems to be a good amount of career growth options for employees. Work life balance is valued throughout the company, more so than I have seen anywhere else. The focus on Rapid Continuous Improvement is evident and business decisions just plain make sense.

    Cons

Have not yet encountered any negatives since working here.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing more of the same!
