I worked at Dun & Bradstreet full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Culture - has really improved over the years. Employee work life- company does allow employees flexibility to work/work from home Brand - Re-shaped brand with new image, working Strategy - from CEO in US to UK it's fed nicely through the business. Leadership - if you're lucky..it's hit or miss, had both good and bad experiences.

    Cons

Technology - the business side has a lack of understanding technology as they outsource the entire thing. Slow moving - hard to evolve systems due to legacy systems + above statement. Outsource pricing - Completely bonkers the amount the provider estimates costs of small changes within systems. Career moving - Very very hard to move within the company, especially Ops roles in data. Too many managers - not enough...

    I worked at Dun & Bradstreet full-time

    Pros

1 flexible work 2 relatively nice office condition 3 daily fruit and drinks

    Cons

1 basically no career progression 2 you can stay long as 30+ years, and many people do, which locks them into a singluar mindset 3 completely disconnected from the US headquarter 4 closed company culture

    Advice to Management

The US headquarter is racing to a great new milestone, while most people in UK division are not sure who really manage the office and what the next step is
