Pros
Discounts, Supportive team, Uniform Passionate management
Cons
No insight into head office or direction
It’s great to hear that you enjoyed our amazing staff discount and uniform allowance in store and that you found the team to be supportive and passionate, as they are in line with our core values. Regarding not having insight into head office, it would be great to explore this point in a bit more detail so that we can fully understand this and any suggestions you have in improving this as we really are all ears when it comes to ideas to improve the working culture! Please do feel free to contact the HR to discuss further.

Pros
Only pros if you work in head office or are a favourite of managment
Cons
No time off for family breavments, holiday is limited for managers, no weekends off for managers, no real training given, poor communication, no support from hr or regional manager unless you are a favourite. Unless you want to end up bullied and feeling under appreciated and valued dont work for this company

Pros
None. Don't seem ready. Poor Head Office.
Cons
They don't even respond, after, you spend time and money to attend for an interview at the Head Offices, London. What is the point, of advertising a role to be filled. Then, after attending the interview, they cant even be bothered to provide a feedback. Very poor and disrespectful, comes to mind.

Pros

Cons
Very low wages-no negotiation £18k for MAA/ Allocator Office politics is rife! If you are not loud, ballsy, love drinking to excess, Caucasian-generally then good luck fitting in Head Office is just off Edgware Road- smelly, dirty area-not very fashion or nice Head Office is very old and falling apart-the toilets were blocked and leaking every other week Computer systems are very old -crash every Monday for trade :) Progression is based on whether you 'fit' in
