    Great people. Great benefits. The company really looks after you and the people are fantastic! Very approachable management and open and honest environment.

    The work that has been done on benefits and the whole culture of Dunelm has definitely made it a better place to work.

    Pros

    Brilliant place to work, worked here for 4 years and wouldn’t leave unless it was to further my career.

    Cons

    Sometimes can be quite unorganised. Sometimes staff can be quite unmotivated meaning other staff have to pick up the slack.

    Advice to Management

    Keep staff motivated at all times. Make them feel wanted and have one rule for all

    friendly place to work, day to day task are simple to do, open space office, hires inside the company to management positions

    Cons

    odd hours, calls can get busy, progression is limited. not enough workers

    Most of the staff are friendly, its like a little family

    Cons

    Half the time management dont know what there doing, under staffed, the work load does not match the salary, no such thing as work/life balance and the hours can be long and well into the night.

    15% Discount, double discount, above average pay.

    Cons

    No organisation, Not a clue management / clipboard manager's , DHL (useless company), no communication between anyone, little staff cover,

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of DHL & employ more staff in stores, look at all store grades & readjust the automatic ordering.

    Managers don't do anything but tend to customer queries and collect cash.

    Job Hours.

    Advice to Management

    Gain people skills rather than being lazy and sitting in the managers office all day watching the sales figures for that day.
