I have been working at Dunelm full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great company to work for. Pay rates better than some other companies. Great benefits including discount, share save, birthday day off, and colleague recognition. The store works really well together, we are all one team and support each other from colleagues right up to the management team. Great support during this awful time, with wellbeing checks and continued updates and good structure for the return to work to keep both colleagues and customers safe.

    Cons

Nothing really at this present time.

I have been working at Dunelm part-time for more than a year

    Pros

There isn't many pro's to this particular role within dunelm. Customers don't speak to you in the manner in which you would like to be spoken to, managers speak to you as if you 5 years old and can't manage to do anything and most of your colleauges don't even like each other

    Cons

management of stores in particular don't know how to speak to one another because odds are they don't even like each other. its like having divorced parents and you're having to sort things out for yourself because mum and dad won't stop fighting
