DURAVIT UK Bullying is rife, management saying nasty things about employees they dont like, but nice to their face. The UK company is losing money so not good prospects for future. There is a very toxic atmosphere caused by management not treating staff right , bullying and telling lies about people. Very outdated system that constantly goes wrong. If your a management favourite you can be as ill as you like and late a lot then figures are massaged in the office to make it look like your a model employee while everyone else is treated extremely bad. Sales reps are bad mouthed behind their backs and called useless in front of office employees. Office staff are humiliated in front of rest office.
