Could potentially learn a lot (if you can handle the workload and blames)

Operation is a mess. inefficient procedure and too much manual work. doesn't have barcode system in warehouse. took a hack of steps just to finish simple task. Management (wife of the boss) tends to blame on employees. Blames passes down the hierarchy. a series of bad business decisions. Best people are all leaving. workload passes to others.

- Relatively nice people, at least outwardly. - You’ll work with some very smart and hardworking people. - Everyone helps each other for the most part. You will become a better version of yourself.
Cons
- Nepotism, favoritism, and ingratiation run rapid and prevalent around the office amongst senior employees who hold levels of authority. - Executive team neglects the fact that two camps are set up for either the nepotists or the outcasts. - Long hours of meetings and lectures expected even if there is no work to justify them.
