Pros
Great new tech stack, convenient to commute when you go to the office. I recommend it just if you need to start quick and get extra experience.
Cons
Culture from previous century and legacy code written by a student many years ago. Higher management has no idea what they do and blame anyone that has weaker position just not to accept their incompetence. Note: Not all the teams are the same. But they change and sooner or later everyone can get a taste of the worse practices.
