      Each month, the company's financial performance is shared with employees and they are thanked for their contributions. This kind of appreciation demonstrates how much the company understands its success is tied to its employees. And adds to an already positive atmosphere.

      Awesome people to work with, flexible hours, family oriented...high growth company with a positive, motivating outlook on the future. Interesting and very experienced management, who mentor all employees

      Cons

      Internal communications need assistance, especially with the confusing compensation structure. It is improving, but there can always be room to grow in this area
