Students are disrespectful to staff, a danger to themselves and others at times, staff is inconsistent, principals are inconsistent and make poor choices regarding behavioral decisions at times, very intensive, ask a lot of the teachers, moving toward data collection

I have worked at Eastconn 3 years. The staff are great, very team oriented. Everyone is always willing to help everyone. Great Benefits.

Cons

Pay should be more for everything the staff have to deal with.
