I worked at EAT full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Easy way to make connections through customers - £6 Lunch allowance, you pay the difference if exceeded. - Shift patterns -A great environment, providing colleagues are helpful and easy-going.

    Cons

    - Stressful at breakfast times, so you have to be organized and prepared before service times, if not..... you'll struggle. - Not enough incentives to motivate staff. They removed a lot of the schemes to earn more on top of salary and made it super difficult to achieve the new schemes. - Normally short staffed and they hire people that struggle with English, through desperation I suppose. I have nothing against these individuals, we all need work but it puts a strain on everyone during busy times. You have to juggle your customers, calling out orders, help that colleague, constantly apologize and explain to customers that you will help shortly..etc
