I have been working at EF Education First for more than 5 years

    Pros

It's a great environment. Everyone is very friendly and always there to help you. You are never left alone during the tours around Europe and can always rely on the colleagues.

    Cons

Being a Tour Director is a seasonal job. It can't be a full time job because there are many colleagues, but in the summer, especially in Rome, the job is a certainty.

I have been working at EF Education First for more than a year

    Pros

Great opportunity to teach adult professionals from all around the world. Pay remitted on time. They have a good online platform and are receptive to feedback about improving the platform.

    Cons

Very poor salary and hikes are not sufficient. Unfair Student grading by those students who do not participate in General lessons pulls the average feedback score. No transparency in how bonus awardees are selected. No way you can contact another teacher on the platform to share ideas or exchange solutions.
