I have been working at EF Education First full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice people environment and students. *not much else to be honest!*

    Cons

Pretty much everything else!: - Extremely poor management & organisation. - lack of IT and systems. - absolutely no communication between departments or different sites. - shocking salaries. - don’t deliver on incentives. - minimal training. - They take advantage of foreign interns as ‘slave labour’. - management are incapable of managing a budget

    Advice to Management

Pay your staff better. Don’t promise what you cannot deliver to customers and your own staff members.
