I worked at EF Education First full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Peers are amazing, and really care about their jobs - Travel, events for employees were awesome - Health benefits and PTO were good, exercise classes were great - Restaurant and bar - Lingo - in building were really good - Great start for young people. If you work here you can go almost anywhere

    Cons

    - 401K match isn't as high as the rest of the industry - Your success depends on your boss. Great managers exist, but managers who manage to numbers, without feedback or support, they aren't leaders and they ruin the experience - Creativity / ideas are valued but don't necessarily bring changes. The company seems a bit stuck in its ways

    Advice to Management

Senior leadership (VPs, Presidents, CEO), listen to your people. There are so many good ideas coming out of employees that die as soon as they're breathed into the air. Don't lose the magic to stay the course. Be open to ideas, projects, and initiatives. Try new things, spend money on them - take risks.
