I have been working at EF Education First full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Driven, passionate people. Many opportunities to travel and develop skills in sales, marketing, customer service. Young office but knows how to be professional while keeping it fun. EF culture is infectious and hard to beat!

    Cons

Salaries for "non-upper management" could be higher for amount and quality of work required. Not a ton of opportunity for upward mobility unless new roles are created.

    Former Employee - Sales Manager

I worked at EF Education First full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nice people and environment, exciting product, It is nice to talk about traveling the whole day. Nice place to gain first job experience.

    Cons

The customers are tough, the commisions for sales managers are quite low, the weekly targets tend to suck energy from you because you can never get into the stage where you are ahead with your work so you can relax a bit.

    Advice to Management

Provide possibilities of growth to young talents. Usually the growth is achieved only after quite a long time but to keep young talents, you need to let them grow freely.
