Thanks for taking the time to reach out and share your experience with us! It’s great to hear that you find the platform easy to use. We are also glad that the UK team is supportive. As with most work there is always routine, but we hope that viewing each student as an individual variable creates a new challenge in every class. Thanks again for reaching out!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s unfortunate that you weren’t able to find any positives after working with us for one to two years. Companies never want to be perceived as being dishonest, and your lack of detail won’t allow us to investigate this more seriously. If you care to share more about your experiences, please feel free to contact us. Thanks again for reaching out.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. As a company that services students from all over the world we understand the need for cultural awareness and sensitivity. At times we do have learners requesting teachers with specific accents or who’ve learned in a specific curriculum, and we do our best to meet those needs where possible. While we’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the teaching software, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with EF in the UK wasn’t positive.
