I have been working at EMIS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a good place to work. Lots of interesting colleagues, a good product and a nice atmosphere. It has got better in the last few years. A new CEO and management team have made lots of changes, many of them necessary.

    Cons

There have been a lot of changes. As I said, these have generally been necessary, but it will be good now to be more stable and boring!

    Advice to Management

Internal communication is improving, but there is still work to be done. Try and visit as many offices as you can as it is good to be visible to the team in such a global company.

I worked at EMIS (More than a year)

    Pros

The advantages of working at EMIS are built around being part of a highly capable and collaborative team of individuals who all have ambitions of growing the business.
Due to the backing of Euromoney you have all the benefits of a large corporation but with innovation of a division left to its own accord focusing on its own goals.
I was given lots of opportunities to grow as a person and develop my career.
Business still small meaning there is lots of dynamic change and consequent opportunity.

    Cons

Lots of change in the past year, looks to be settling now with new leadership.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the clients, all of them. They should drive where the product goes.
