the only pro is the thought of what it could potentially be, but you will be let down once you agree and see what the reality of the company is

Cons

The reality of this company, and this is not opinion, these are facts. 1 they do not even have a sales rep. 2 they let the customers walk all over them 3 there is no structure and no standard operations procedures for any account or process. 4 micromanagement. 5 faulty equipment 6 you will not be given the tools to succeed and they will let you fall very hard.

Salary is average and the company offers benefits.

Cons

No room for advancement. They work you hard, it's a small company so there is no one to cover more than the bare minimum. When you take time off expect to work extra hours before and after to get work done. Benefits costs per paycheck are high as is the annual deductible.

Pros

Great Staff: Everyone took responsibility for each other, making it a very nice place to work. In addition, lower management was lax as long as the job at the end of the day was done. Work was easy: Most of the work I did, on the import side, was from europe, so after 12pm our time there was very little to do. Unfortunately one can't leave but it made for an easy day.

Cons

Atrocious software: Seriously still using 2000 era programs and coding languages from 1970s Bad eating: Company often would buy lunches, but it was always high in fat/carbs/sugar. Often had donuts in the morning.
