Pros
The clients are super. They make everything else almost worth it. Free health insurance and it's pretty comprehensive. They do have some good employees working there, but can be far and few between.
Cons
Mgmt. is a nightmare. Communication is subpar at best. They did away with raises based on time worked there and the past few years those just coming into the agency make the same as many of those who have been there for 3, 4, and 5 years. Don't look for bonuses or raises based on merit. It's union so the raises are across the board.

Pros
Helping the adults with special needs, seeing my individuals everyday, working with my CO-WORKERS. Insurance is great! I have nothing else to say for the pros of this company.
Cons
Management is TERRIBLE, poorly trained staff, not being able to put your opinion on anything, trying to stand up for the individuals but ending up getting shut down by the supervisor, terrible attitudes from supervisors and individuals, childish behavior from supervisors, The amount of hourly pay staff receives is NOT Worth it!
