      Pros

      Potential for a software company, support staff is amazing and helpful.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Management is inept and too much turnover from top down due to owners unstable, poor attitude. Lots of promises that are not true. Be weary and ask lots of questions before taking the offer for a job. Majority of "Employees" listed on LinkedIn are no longer there.

      Great Benefits, Field Leading experts and strong drive and dedication. There has never been a time during my employment with this company they have not cared about how I am doing as a person as well as making sure I have the resources to continue growing my experience and career. This company has been willing to provide me any training I want in our field at their cost with no obligation on my part.

      its in Orange County so there is freeway traffic and everyone tends to work to much.

      Terrible Place To Work

      Pros

      To be honest, there weren't many. Low pay high stress environment.

      Cons

      Extremely anti-sales mentality. CEO is very aggressive and will fly off the handle on you at any point if he thinks you aren't inline with his expectations, which are all over the place. I saw upper management make numerous unethical changes to compensation packages based on having to not pay sales people. I would recommend qualified candidates avoid this organization.
