      Pros

      I was paid well, and the benefits were great. The BTs and RBTs are passionate and working with the kids was fun.

      Cons

      They only provided a laptop computer, and you are expected to use your personal phone to communicate. There was favoritism within the workplace and too much gossip and drama. They also discouraged getting to know employees not at the same "rank" as you.

      They have amazing clients to work with.

      Cons

      Company wise... they don't communicate where you can improve and how well you are doing. Supervisors aren't as present unless parent request.
