Great people but no room for movement

Pros

The work was simple and straightforward. Management was nice, understanding, easy going, and flexible. The CEO, Geoff, is a genuinely great person but sometimes it feels like his priorities are a bit out of order. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Little to no room for movement or career growth. Little to no chance for a raise. High turnover rate.

Pros

Generally the people at CX are inviting and warm. The social committee makes a huge difference in employee morale by planning great company events. The company does try to improve, albeit slowly.

Cons

1. Senior management fails to recognize the talents of the resources on hand. 2. Executives hired to make decisions that the rest of the team (those on the floor) advise against, causing a loss of revenue are not replaced. 3. There is no HR department in this company.
