(-) New management who is an expat acts like a dictator. You have to be close to him or to his people in order to gain favors.
(-) Leaders no longer stand up for their teams, they just agree with management. HR only shows up when there’s a memo.
(-) Too many cost cutting measures. People forced to take forced leaves, no work no pay on special holidays, reduced leaves, minimal events, removed education budget, poor HMO.
(-) Despite good performance, was given salary increase of less than 500 pesos. Tyvm!
