Pros

The main headquarters is located in Kingston which is a beautiful city. It is great for me because I already lived in Kingston.

Cons

Terrible pay. The company has nowhere to move up. They expect the world from you but will pay you next to nothing. They don't train you.

-Nice people to work with -Not much competition because of low salary -You get to live in Kingston -Always hiring new people

Cons

-Management doesn't listen to it's employees. -CEO ensures high employee turnover rate by "increasing company efficiency" (i.e. making employees more expendable). -You will have to leave if you want enough money to feed your family. -Extremely low pay. -Absolutely no reason to stick around.

Pros

They hire new grads. Get to do paid travel. Get to do and learn many aspects of the business (data acquisition, processing, interpretation, sales) early on. You will quickly be given the opportunity to learn and perform a new role because you're the only person who is quasi-qualified for it. Base salary is lackluster but paid overtime, performance bonus, and travel bonuses are great!

Cons

Sometimes you have to have to keep travelling (work-life balance can be poor). People are added to the leadership team not because they are a good choice for leadership but because they are the internal applicant who is most "senior". External training is lacking.
