Will work you to death with no overtime. Degrading and hostile, foul mouthed owners. Owners run around office yelling profanity and throwing things/slamming doors. Not a good place for women. Sexist behaviors. High turnover. The environment is very negative overall. Fear of being fired. Don't value employees. Non flexible work schedule.

I cannot recommend this company as a place to work. The management is terrible, with little to no consideration for their employees' well-being. The work hours are way too long and there is no work/life balance whatsoever. Employees are expected to work long hours and sometimes weekends without adequate compensation or recognition for their efforts. Furthermore, the work environment is hostile and toxic. There is a pervasive culture of fear and intimidation, with managers regularly belittling and berating their employees. There is no support for professional growth or development, and employees are often left feeling isolated and demoralized. If you are considering working for this company, I would strongly advise against it. The negative impact on your mental and emotional well-being is simply not worth it. Look elsewhere for employment opportunities that value their employees and provide a healthy work environment.
