    Pros

    Cons

Due to being a LLP short term results is the main focus, which limit the ability to obtain support of long term sustainable innovative projects that could provide competitive advantage in the market place

    Advice to Management

I worked at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Some genuinely nice people
    Pretty office

    Cons

Those who made the biggest fuss were rewarded, regardless of the quality of their work
Totally unrealistic approach to scheduling - all staff scheduled to work 10+ hour days throughout "busy season", which was 3 months long, and audits scheduled to take an optimistically short time. So when something went wrong with an audit, or someone got sick, there was no slack.
No interest in doing a genuinely good job for our clients, much more focussed on looking busy

    Advice to Management

Reduce sample sizes and focus on analytical review
    Be more sensible with scheduling
Pay more attention to intercompany and related party transactions and balances

I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Diverse culture with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow

    Cons

Promotions are very systematic and too much dependent on experience rather than knowledge. Very low bonus

    Advice to Management

Compensation should be performance basex with significant impact on bonus for good ratings

    Pros

Excellent experience and exposure to Senior Management and Finance executives. Good work atmosphere generally, and young energetic teams
