    Pros

    Reasonable hours, good project pipeline, ability to move within industries and/or competencies, emphasis on people (better than other big 4s)

    Cons

    Complex and fragmented organisation, cumbersome processes, limited salary progression, bonuses depending on service line (some worse than others), extremely hierarchical

    - Great projects across multiple industries
    - For juniors the company invest in personal development which makes it a good place to start
    - Invest in Digital

    Cons

    - Experience depends on the team and the senior manager of each project
    - Resourcing is based on who is available and not on career objectives
    - Red tape due to auditing results to boring internal work
    - Your life during Monday-Thursday belongs to the company so do not expect to have social plans on weekdays

    Invest in a better resourcing system that considers multiple factors during decision making
