    Genuinely care about your development
    Leadership go out of their way to help you
    Interesting client work if you go looking
    Able to shape your own journey

    Cons

    Behemoth that is very slow and resistant to change
    Talks the talk but when it goes to execution often is left lacking (although the clients never see that side)

    You get can work with famous clients

    Cons

    Teams work in silos and partners are protective over their P&L making access to new opportunities difficult

    - young, vibrant teams
    - opportunities to learn and move around the organisation
    - great place to work in large teams
    - very social
    - working from home is an option

    Cons

    - can be very cut throat when you move up the ranks
    - like all professional services firms you are replaceable and can be treated like that at times
    - at times average weekly hours can be quite long even at senior management levels
