    Pros

    - Great projects across multiple industries
    - For juniors the company invest in personal development which makes it a good place to start
    - Invest in Digital

    Cons

    - Experience depends on the team and the senior manager of each project
    - Resourcing is based on who is available and not on career objectives
    - Red tape due to auditing results to boring internal work
    - Your life during Monday-Thursday belongs to the company so do not expect to have social plans on weekdays

    Advice to Management

Invest in a better resourcing system that considers multiple factors during decision making

    I worked at EY full-time

    Pros

    - Most of the people you end up working with are nice and friendly.
    - Encourage you to take part in social events
    - Benefits such as Gym discounts, food membership cards for discount etc
    - Chance to work on different projects and gain varied experience.
    - Generally good flexibility on working times.

    Cons

    - All the managers were generally friendly, however, some of those above associate level had horrendous attitudes and thought very highly of themselves.
    - A lot of overtime is required on certain projects and you dont get paid for it.
    - Progression felt slow year on year, a system which they have made slight changes to now.
    - Low wages for a firm this size, and you get paid peanuts compared to the contractors who work with you on projects at times, doing the exact same work as you.

    Advice to Management

    - Increase salary
    - Deal with bad attitudes of some of the senior level staff
