    Pros

    Great people focused culture, very innovative and always adapting to changes in the market. Work with exceptionally smart people and rewarded for hard work. Strong empowering approach from Partners

    Cons

    Long working hours. Can occasionally work away from home for long periods (but that's the same with most consultancies, so is not EY specific)

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what are doing. The people focused culture works exceptionally well and creates an empowering culture that enables its people to succeed
