I have been working at EY full-time

    Pros

Variation in work, new opportunities, career progression, training, exposure to new tasks, wide range of clients

    Cons

Very competitive with peers, can be long hours, pay is higher at banks, all the big four have same culture

    Advice to Management

Pay employees well enough so that they don't feel the need to jump to banks or otherwise to obtain the correct pain for their skill set.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at EY full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great salary bonuses and benefits. My favourite was a subsidised company car (Salary Sacrifice) and great health care. There's also a fair process to get a promotion (rank), get another job within the company or relocate to another city or even country.

    Cons

Since 2014 they have a tendency to replace everyone in the UK with people in Poland, Argentina and the Philippines.

    Advice to Management

Stop relocating your staff in third world countries! You have already seen that you don't get the same quality of work! You're making the wrong decisions.
