    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Able to work from home, discounted or free access to sponsored galleries, great people

    Cons

There is a huge turnover for assistant, and executives in the department alone. No contact to the audience your marketing to, instead you are expected to use less of your expertise and experience and more on other people's choices, which are sometimes based on guess work and not well researched insights.

    Advice to Management

Empower your employees by enabling them to build well researched campaigns. It also doesn't help that there is not much synergy with other parts of the business.
