    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Can be flexible, good levels of interactions with clients and a lot of exposure to a lot of workings of the file

    Cons

Office politics, need to be friends with the resourcing teams to get good jobs, same applies to review committees (promotions etc)

    Advice to Management

Too many opaque levels and unfairness in departments with relation to work load, a lot of the work can be very mundane so don’t pretend to staff you are going to be changing the world.
