    Pros

    Getting a multinational experience with access to comprehensive database is a big advantage of working at Big 4 such as Ernst & Young

    Cons

    Regardless of the location, the Big 4 usually pay less than the market. In addition, it is hard to get life/work balance when you work at Big 4.

    Friendly atmosphere. Nice staff. Easy work. Good work life balance. Study support.

    Cons

    The pay for junior staff was appalling.
    High turnover.
