    Long-lasting, positive relationships, great benefits, and gained a lot of helpful knowledge to take with me throughout my life/career. If the right opportunity presented itself to return, I would definitely consider.

    Pros

    The office was close by.
    Nice facilities.

    Cons

    Once in the job, I found out I was totally lied to during the interview, but the overall manager of the team didn't care.
    Management haven't a clue what they are doing.
    Lies, sexism and racism are commonplace.
    Inept management frivolously spends cash on the wrong things.

    Advice to Management

    Actually listen to the people who know what they are doing, and stop lying to staff.
    Stop being cash-hungry and misleading clients.
