I worked at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

WFH, Flexible, good pension. Nothing else i can mention that would take me up to the 20 word min threshold for now. Sorry

    Cons

Promotion is not based on merit, more networking. Works for some people, not for others. Sooner you find this out the quicker your career will progress :-)

    Advice to Management

Reduce the barriers to promotion. Twice a year review, feedback from clients as well as internal, then business case, then interview, then rep from your counsellor at round tables. Too much!
