      Good Experience, But...

      Pros

      Eastern is really great at getting you started in the kitchen and bath field. You can learn a wide array of really useful info as well as meet a number of other industry professionals to network with.

      Cons

      In the sales department, management can be very strict and pushy. I personally feel a lot of competitive energy from sales management. I don't feel that I am trusted to manage my time effectively.

      Pros

      Good place to learn if you plan on moving to another company and not saying there for life. Good pay. Only after you threaten to quit

      Cons

      Owner lies about growth in the company and advancement. They rather hire outside the company then try a find a replacement for your position. No bonus or performance incentives as promised Management doesn’t know how to talk to employees with respect. Your beneath them.

      This company is great to work for if you want to learn more about the industry. If you can deal with rude and entitled people on the phone then this is the job for you.

      Cons

      Rude and screaming customers on the phone. Only 2 holidays off.
