The company likes to operate with fewer staff than are needed. Back fills are deliberately left unadvertised and unfilled for months resulting in remaining staff expected to take on extra work and soak up all the pressure from the resulting fallout. Once you're in, you're unlikely to see a pay rise or the promised bonus, staff who have been there a long time on really poor salaries due to very low yearly increases. Low Pay compared to industry standard, Senior management does not communicate very much with staff, hardly any or non existent staff training. Staff to I.T support ratio is too high. Unpaid overtime work. Overtime pay is very small compared to industry standard. Everything seems to be hush hush about the company, when you ask about what is going on. No yearly bonuses No year pay rises No Training - this is a training organisation and the staff in I.T are not trained on systems that they do not know but they have to figure out. This can be dangerous as when something goes wrong it can impact the business because the staff are not fully trained on a system that has been implemented.
