Pros

Employees are allowed a lot of autonomy and responsibility. There is a really good work/life balance, willing to be flexible for employees personal lives. The company is expanding quickly in a high growth industry.

Cons

Employees across the board have too much responsibility, initiatives are pushed out without considering time allowances.. Leaders do not hold employees accountable for poor performance and others suffer because of it. Employees are not mentored or developed. Market themselves as non-porfit, pay the employees accordingly. Development and divesture initiatives are not altruistic.

Pros

Very little to say. The benefits were okay, but out of network if you aren't a Minnesota resident. Inconvenient for those working at a managed site.

Cons

May have been a great place to work in previous years, my experience with Ecumen proves this to be completely bogus. Management is deceitful, misleading and non supportive just to serve their own means and pockets. No support with unrealistic micro management!

Cons

Like with all employers there will be some employees that can be tough to get along with. Overall the pros out weigh the cons.
