The CEO is very old school so will act as some sort of dictator. The atmosphere in the office is very different from when he's in to when he's not. He will spend most lunchtimes in the pub when he is in so expect him to come back in a bad mood and berate you upon his return. On multiple occasions I was told I was bad at my job and should quit. There's no real management until you get to him so don't expect anything to happen. It's a very old school sales house vibe. I was employed as an account manager but essentially just doing the work of a sales rep.

Too many members of senior management and involved in your day to day activities. The owner is one of the worst directors I’ve ever met in my life.
