Work environment is fun & friendly, with staff coming from diverse backgrounds.

Cons

Living wage salaries are reserved only for friends of the owner & upper management. Swedish staff are given preferential treatment because the company is Swedish owned. Important decisions are poorly designed and executed, then blamed on the lowest staff to pick up the pieces.

Very disorganized company with zero appreciation for employees. Pay is very low and the workload is high. HR is terrible and actively disrespects employees. They never promote from within. No employee appreciation.
